Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the item has been damaged during shipping or it is not as described I will do everything possible to correct the issue. My first priority is making you happy with the products I provide.
Items sent back to me without first contacting me will not be accepted.
You can always contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I try to answer all emails within 24 hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
